Lava Focus AI provides AI-powered automation services for the construction industry:
AI Accounting Agent
Financial management, invoicing, job costing, retainage tracking
AI Operations Agent
Project scheduling, field reports, procurement, resource allocation
AI Marketing Agent
Lead generation, proposal creation, reputation management
AI Executive Assistant
Email management, calendar, research, administrative tasks
Account Registration
To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
Subscription & Payments
Subscription Plans
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. Trial terms will be specified at signup. No credit card required to start your trial.
Acceptable Use Policy

Your Data
Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our Services (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
License
You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide the Services. This license terminates when you delete Your Data.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data and how you acquired it.
AI Services Disclaimer
Our AI-powered services are designed to assist with business operations, but:
- AI outputs should be reviewed before use in critical decisions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
- AI services should not replace professional advice (legal, financial, etc.)
- You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lava Focus AI shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
Effect
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. You may export Your Data before termination. Data deleted 30 days after.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (AAA Rules).
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
