We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Lava Focus AI does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not exchange your personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit a Request

You can exercise your CCPA rights by contacting us through any of these methods:

Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may ask you to:

  • Confirm your account email address
  • Provide information that matches our records
  • Verify through a secure link sent to your email

Response Timeline

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We provide this information free of charge, though we may charge a reasonable fee for excessive or repetitive requests.

Sensitive Personal Information

Lava Focus AI does not collect “sensitive personal information” as defined by the CPRA, which includes social security numbers, financial account information in combination with credentials, precise geolocation, genetic data, or biometric information for identification purposes.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the agent with written permission signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us. If you are an authorized agent making a request, please contact us with proof of your authorization.

Financial Incentives

We do not offer any financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide you with opt-in consent before participation.
